I have designed this easy beaded crochet bikini halter top pattern with basic crochet stitches using US terminology of chains, single crochet and half double crochets so it is not complicated but still has an overall effect of looking fabulous. For UK crocheters there is a stitch conversion for you.

This gorgeous original handmade design crochet cotton halter bralette top will look great on the beach, at your next festival or just a top you can throw on and wear every day. The pattern has instructions for 3 basic ladies sizes of small (size: 6-8) with an approximate cup size of A-B, medium (size: 10-12) with an approximate cup size of C-D and large (size: 14-16) with an approximate cup size of D-DD. There is some flexibility with these sizes as the top will stretch and move with you. To see the sizing measurements, please refer to the image gallery above. The straps tie and will fit any size. I have made this halter bikini top in a 10-ply cotton yarn.

MATERIALS CROCHET HOOK: METRIC: Size 5mm, USA: 8/H, UK: Size 6 YARN: You will need about half x 200g balls (depending on the size you are doing) of Anette Eriksson Eco Cotton XL yarn for this bikini top. Any yarn that is 10-12 ply approximately cotton or cotton acrylic would be suited to this project. Epic Yarn and Colours is also a great choice. BEADS: Either 8mm or 10mm in diameter with a hole big enough to thread through yarn - Small - 12, Medium - 16, Large - 20 Darning needle to sew in ends.
